THE INCREDIBLE HULK: This feature film tells a story about Scientist Dr. Bruce Banner, who has become the green Hulk. The movie tells of the marvel comic hero, the Incredible Hulk. SPEED RACER: The 1990′s television cartoon becomes a feature film. Much like the film The Flinstones, Speed Racer was a TV cartoon that was turned into a feature film with actors. Young Speed Racer who loves racing. His goal is to win The Crucible, a big race that his older brother lost his live in. With the odds stacked against him, and the future of the family business at risk, he partners up with his old rival Racer X, in a last ditch effort to give himself a chance to win, so the family business won’t go under.

Adoration is a great movie, directed by Atom Egoyan. This movie highlights the various facades of terrorism. The role of technology and ethics governing the act of terrorism post 9/11 are depicted brilliantly in this movie.

The provocative ideas and lofty, ambitious social message comes packaged in a fascinating muddle. The story is all about Tom, the high schooler who is troubled by the legacy of his dead parents. He is instigated by his teacher Sabine, to act the part of the hitherto grown child of a pregnancy girlfriend who was betrayed by her boyfriend as she embarks on a journey to Israel.

The girl does not know that her boyfriend has kept a bomb in her luggage. The security agents stop her. Sabine narrates this story to her students. Tom, who is greatly moved by this story, imagines himself as the unborn child. He expresses his vacillating feeling on a piece of paper.

Sabine, the teacher convinces Tom and takes his rumination on the video chat sessions on the web. His classmates and other people from all over the world, who participate in the chat sessions, give multitude reactions. The myriad reactions make us wonder whether the people do not have anything to do rather than just giving reactions on the video chats on the internet.

The plot is given a twist with Sabine visiting Tom’s uncle to find out the mystery behind the death of Tom’s actual parents. This is a welcome aberration from Egoyan’s fascination with uses and abuses of technology. Egoyan has however touched upon numerous concerns and handled them effectively. Watch how he has expertly touched various issues in this interesting film and watch Adoration for free.

The role of Simone is played by Khanjian with a passion as she gives myriad speeches in her role as a talkative professor. Character of Tom is just a pawn in the grandiose setting. As an inquisitive student Bostick has done a good job asking too many questions. The character of the highly misunderstood dad Jenkin is portrayed very well and the roles of Speedman and Blanchard is subtle and effective. Technicalities are handled well too with Paul Sarossy’s skilful underlit lensing adding to the excellent ambience and mood of the settings. Editing is also managed in a professional manner by Editor Susan Shipton.

A brand new comedy about the world’s greatest conmen gang is about to be released in to movie theaters. The Brothers Bloom has a cast of award winning actors that make this light hearted romp a pleasure to sit through. The story centers on the brothers final job before they embark on retirement.

In the brothers world, you can never take anything for granted, because nothing is ever the same as it first appears. Many a fortune has been ‘rescued’ from their owners over the years, but there is always room for one last big job before retirement – their last job involves swindling a beautiful heiress which turns in to a very fruitful adventure.

Throughout their lives the brothers have relied solely on their own devices. From the time they were fostered in to care homes as children, up until today as wealthy confidence tricksters, they have shared everything equally. I’m really looking forward to being able to watch The Brothers Bloom online, this is the type of movie I love and it’s guaranteed to get me belly laughing.

Of the two brothers, one of them, Bloom, wants to quit the industry and settle down but he agrees to take part in one last con when he develops a relationship with Penelope played by Rachel Wiesz. The two form a genuine bond though, and Bloom becomes increasingly reluctant to use his conman skills on her.

Rian Johnson both wrote and directed The Brothers Bloom, as he had done his previous two offerings Brick (2006) and Looper, a sci-fi movie set in the present day. Fans of Rachel Weisz are in for a real treat, as the luscious Ms. Weisz melts my heart as always. Adrien Brody and Mark Ruffalo play the Brothers Bloom, and as a pairing they work really well.

The movie is due for a limited release on May 15th, and a release to a much wider audience a couple of weeks later on the 29th. If you are a fan of the romantic comedy you will really ‘get’ this film, so it would be a shame if you let it be one of those movies that you catch up with in a year or so when it has been out on DVD for ages – it is worth catching first time round.

If you don’t care about such things as extra footage go ahead and buy it, but your original DVD trilogy would be just fine if you didn’t want to lay out extra money.

Those of us who’ve bought three times may wait on this one and get the extended version on Blu Ray. They will release it and it’ll probably get released during the opening date of the first Hobbit film. I’ll invest in the trilogy then as the Blu Ray will be exceptional in looks and sound, plus seeing all the furry Hobbit feet will be very satisfying for us nerds who never get enough Lord of the Rings.

There was some extra content in the original releases but nothing like the extended versions. They had so much more content that fans of the books wanted to have on the movie. The fans had a picture in their heads from reading the books and they wanted to see if it translated the same as the directors version.

Peter Jackson is a huge fan of the series and showed that in his detailed and loving adaptations that he brought to the screen. I am sure that the level of detail and expertise will be given to the Hobbit movies, but until then, keep watching the extended directors version that you have and wait for the Blu-ray version next year. If you have to see this version in HD, rent it from the store or borrow it from your less informed friends.
